You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by HomeCinemaUSA.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If at any time you are unhappy with one of our products we will work with you to resolve the problem.
