Leather Match (Corrected Top Grain) This is the most commonly used semi-corrected top grain and vinyl option. Its surface is polished smooth to remove imperfections before the surface coating is applied. A new grain pattern is then embossed into the leather to provide a flawless surface finish and then an additional protective coating is applied to make the leather especially resistant to stains. Corrected Grain leather is considered the most durable and cleanable, and is used on all but the most expensive furniture. If you require leather that best resists ‘children and pets’ then these leather groups provide a great combination of durability and value. Due to the size of the truck, the freight company may be unable to access certain residential areas. If you feel that your required destination is such, please inform the dispatch once they call to schedule a delivery time frame.
Curbside delivery requires you to be present when the shipment is delivered. The driver will NOT assist in removal of the item(s) from the truck. Please have several people available to lift the item(s) from the back of the truck to your property.
’Product Damage’ must be clearly noted on the ‘Delivery Receipt’ at the time of delivery to ensure proper credit/ replacement. If for any reason you suspect damage that is not visible, please note ‘Subject to Inspection’ on the delivery receipt. If the driver will not allow you to make this notation, refuse the shipment. This action simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. Otherwise the item or its damaged parts may not be replaced.
For any concealed item(s) damage found after the delivery, you must notify the Freight Company and Home Cinema USA within ten days of delivery to ensure proper credit/ replacement. If the item(s) has freight damage and a pick-up by the freight company is required, you are responsible for re-packing the item(s) in its original packaging.
